Changed payment amount At first the experience was very good and they got all our paperwork filled out very quickly. Then they had us come back in and told us that the bank wouldn't finance us at the rate they had originally told us and that our payments would be higher along with our rate. We needed the second vehicle so we agreed anyway but it would have been nice if they had told us what the real payments and rate would have been in the first place. More

Reggie had his stuff together Gomez on the other hand is a nut case. I believe he should not be allowed to have contact with customers. I recently came in and tried out a GMC truck , with the thought of trading my truck. Everything was going OK ,until I was informed that my truck had a mileage inconsistency. I was upset, and was made fun of by Gomez, that I had went to a buy here pay here dealer ???????????? Big deal, every dealer has it's crooks. I had paper work in my hand ,Gomez grabbed it and when tried to get it back ,he held it and wouldn't let it go. How much more of a child like act would you see on the playground. Reggie lost a sale because of this mental failure of Gomez. I will never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Buyer beware Buyer's beware. Trucks Only uses different financial institutions to get you qualified for your purchase. Unfortunately, the finance institution we we Buyer's beware. Trucks Only uses different financial institutions to get you qualified for your purchase. Unfortunately, the finance institution we went through was a nightmare. There were issues with the contracts, I had placed many calls to Trucks Only along with the financial institution, Trucks Only blames the bank and the bank blamed Trucks Only, therefore I had to get involved and that shouldn't of happened, finally 2 months later!!! financing is complete. If Trucks Only is financing your vehicle do your homework and look into the bank they are going through. I also spoke to Doris, in the financing dept and she was no help at all, she was talking with food in her mouth, not willing to help plus there were dogs barking in the background, totally unprofessional no professionalism at all!! More

Listed to what I wanted and what I needed to make it happen. I told Bob Mulvania what truck I was looking for and how much I could spend. He didn't try to sell me something else that he had just to get the sale. I told Bob Mulvania what truck I was looking for and how much I could spend. I bought that truck that afternoon. I got a good interest rate, and payments about $25.00 more than I was hoping for. I'm happy. More
