In the past I really hated having to get my car serviced or worked on. Scheduling the time, the waiting time etc. When I found Ree at Harrison Imports, I was a little shocked to see how helpful and accomoda or worked on. The only pressure was from my indecisiveness. They were extremely patient with me. Ultimately, over the next several days, I choose a new Lexus at another dealership. However, I appreciated the service and experience so much that I returned with my new car and told Don "Thank you" for his time and efforts. More

I purchased a 2004 infinity g35 that that had a bad engine which was not disclosed to me prior to my purchase. The engine burns oil. I discovered this 3 days after I bought the car because after a road engine which was not disclosed to me prior to my purchase. The engine burns oil. I brought this to the attention of the sales staff and they all agreed that the dealership should do something to remedy the problem. After a short time talking with Rhett, he assured me that something would be done and that he would talk the owner and get back to me ASAP. He got back to me very quickly and had good news! They had decided to split the cost of the engine with me and gave me a check on the spot! This was of there own free will. they had no obligation at all to do anything. Thank you Rhett and Mr. Harrison. I will be buying my next car from you soon. More

The service from Harrison Imports was excellent. Jimmy Urland was very informative about the vehicle we we looking at and did not try to pressure us at all. Our overall experience with Harrison Imports was wonderful. My husband and I drove from Roy to look at a Chevy Tahoe. The quality of the vehicle was better than expected.
