One of the major challenges of buying a used car is understanding past history and speculating about the future. The Harrison crew walked me through the process, helped me to understand the positive and negative sides of my purchase and offered me with their honest assessment of the vehicle. Their continued support will be the true test of time. I am a firm believer in Dealers who stand behind their product no matter what. I leave with the understanding that Harrison Imports supports this notion. At this point I am confident they will live up to the promises of our deal and I will be happy with my purchase long term. They refused to help when I called less than 60 days after I purchased the car. The service manager has never returned one of my calls. TWO separate independent mechanics looked at the car and agreed that the problem had to exist prior to purchase and based on the condition of the car, would have been caught during Harrison Import's so called inspection. I have found other people who have horrific experiences with this dealership as well. The positive reviews must be employees, friends, or paid off. This place is a deplorable excuse of a business and encompasses every negative stereotype that surround used car dealers. More

I wound up buying a car that I hadn't even considered, Dave listened carefully to what I was looking for and showed me a car that turned out to be exactly what I needed. I asked that a few minor things on the car be repaired and Dave went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Cameron in finance was also great to work with, even though I came in pre-qualified, he worked very hard to be sure that I had the best possible terms and was very good at following through with us. We were certainly not the easiest customers to deal with, looked at every thing from a Honda Accord, to Toyota Tacoma and then back to the GTI. Dave was helpful and patient with us as we made out own decision, providing useful information along the way. Once we decided to buy from him, gave us a great deal and helped us get everything finalized, even fixed a minor scratch on rear fender with out us even mentioning it. Having not had any previous experience with Harrison imports, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a foreign import in good clean condition. More

When the parts arrived the service department made arrangements and had my car repaired and back to me very quickly. Every car on their lot is in excellent condition. The cars are hand-picked and all gently used- the best way to buy a car. We were concerned about my husband's previous car payment being too high, and concerned about being stuck on a lease with my car, and they alleviated both of those concerns while getting us into cars that we love at reasonable prices. The vehicle we were looking at all of a sudden had some front end damage, seeing how other damage was repaired in the rear (not sure if they repaired or someone else did) we negotiated to have the price reduced so we could take it to a body shop we trust. All along during the sale it was represented that there was 2 keys, that changed when it came time to leave (after everything is signed and payment has been made). So instead of telling us they will provide us with another key they tell us where we can go in Salt Lake and pay $250 for a key. Its kinda sad because it was a good car buying experience up til that point. More
