We bought a 1999 Chevy Suburban it had only 69,000 miles on it. Seemed like a great deal when we got there we noticed it had a leak. It ended up being the water pump which they were nice enough to replace. on it. Seemed like a great deal when we got there we noticed it had a leak. It ended up being the water pump which they were nice enough to replace. Not even owned it 6 months and we had to get the ball joints replaced on the front axle. Then the alternator went out on it a month later and now we just had to replace the intake manifold. We have spent more then a 1,000 dollars in repairs and now for some reason the locks don't work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they cared about the vehicles they sold they would fix them before they sell them. Needless to say if anything else goes wrong we are getting rid of it and starting all over again. What happened to quality dealerships and customer service? This place obviously doesn't care for either. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! More

AMAZING car buying experience. Went to see them on a car that I saw online. Unfortunately it sold right before I drove into the dealership. Here's the best part, the next day I got a call from the sales per that I saw online. Unfortunately it sold right before I drove into the dealership. Here's the best part, the next day I got a call from the sales person telling me the manager found the same car that I wated to buy the day before. It had less miles and more equippment and they sold it to me for the same price as the one I just missed. I am still shocked and amazed on the great customer service. How did they know that I REALLY HATE CAR SHOPPING??? They did the hard work and saved me from talking to a bunch of sharks at other dealers. More

I got a loan through my own financial institution. I set up an appointment for the sale because I was approved for my loan. The day of the appointment, I called and stated that I was on my way. The sales representative, some how failed to mention to me that the car had already been sold a few hours earlier. I showed up with my check in my hand and left with a check in my hand. Talk about feeling like a second rate customer thanks a bunch Truck Town. -Leo More
