TCF did warranty work on my f250....here’s what’s cool about it- They offered to pickup my truck at my house (Live in Spicewood) but declined the offer, when my truck was ready they returned my truck to about it- They offered to pickup my truck at my house (Live in Spicewood) but declined the offer, when my truck was ready they returned my truck to my house w/ a full tank of gas. Oh!...and they gave me a f250 diesel rental which they had to Reserve from Longhorn rentals. They earned my business in the future for sure! More

I went at the recommendation of a friend because of a talented technician that works there. It just seems that the communication was lacking at best, even when I stressed the importance of keeping me in talented technician that works there.
