Very pleasent and quick After looking at trucks for about two months I found one at Truworth Auto in Kokomo IN. This is a hour and a half drive for me. Zac was the young gent After looking at trucks for about two months I found one at Truworth Auto in Kokomo IN. This is a hour and a half drive for me. Zac was the young gentleman I was talking to on the phone. After several questions he took extra pictures of the truck and text them to me. Upon arrival Zac was with another customer. Zac introduced me to John Wayne, another sale's rep. to help since he was busy. Even though he was busy with another customer he kept checking on me. After all was started we all chatted about things we had in common. I was raised by two car salesman so I was used to the run around you can get. Not here. They price below bluebook so their is a no haggle price. They were curtious as expected but they were also just plain friendly. I was in and out quickly and absolutely love my truck. Good : beside scratches They did work with me when it came to my trade in, got what I needed out of it. The only bad thing is they picked apart my trade in but after I bought They did work with me when it came to my trade in, got what I needed out of it. The only bad thing is they picked apart my trade in but after I bought my car realized huge scratches on the bottom bumper. Didn't get told or seen it until on ground. Cost 700 bucks to fix. Feel like yes it just a scratch but to pick my trade in apart then not tell me about scratches on a purchase car is not right. Otherwise good experience . More
