They were very clear in explaining the terms and the reason for all the papers necessary to buy a car nowadays. The truck I bought had a small chip in the windshield and they sent me to a local auto glass shop to have it repaired. The owner at the glass shop felt strongly that a repair would not last, so he called up John and explained that it really needed to be replaced. There was no hesitation - he immediately directed the glass shop to replace the windshield. It makes me happy to know there are dealerships that focus on customer satisfaction first! I recommend the TruWorth dealership here in Kokomo and suggest that you ask for John when you visit. More

I have always been a little Leary about used car salesman and they changed my view of that, the whole staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. More
