I live in Montgomery Alabama. After finding a jeep on their website, my sister went in and met Joe. After speaking with him on the phone, they gave my sister first class treatment thru the whole sales process. From getting her a test drive to the signing of the paperwork, Joe (the salesman) and Scott ( in financing) delivered her the utmost respect and courtesies each time she came in. They went out of their way and above what a normal salesman would do to sell a car. I can not THANK them enough for their work, no pressure, and going above and beyond all expectations. He was warm, put me at ease, and asked the important question "Welcome to TruWorth, do you want to buy smart or sell savvy today?" This is a different kind of used car dealership and the experience for my wife and myself was absolutely positive. We had a used Cadillac to sell, and it was a pleasure. They showed comps and prices in the area, showed the book value for the car (which I already knew) and displayed it clearly. They drove my car, and presented me with a very fair price for it. I've bought and sold numerous cars independently, This was a pleasant relief from the advertising, finding a place to display it to potential buyers, taking calls, answering questions, providing test drives and all that goes with selling a car privately.
