Hid known defect I purchased a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle was making a noise but all the gages were reading within specs. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and th I purchased a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle was making a noise but all the gages were reading within specs. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and they found the flywheel was cracked. When I called Zack Washington, he openly admitted that they knew the flywheel was cracked yet didn’t disclose that fact. The repair cost $746, which I want back. If they had disclosed the flywheel was cracked, knowing car repairs, I would never have purchased the vehicle. They were knowingly dishonest and wanted the defective vehicle off their lot. I’m rating this dealership a ZERO, but this website won’t accept that, that’s why there’s a one star. More

Good...Straightforward The experience was refreshing. The price was the bottom line price and we didn't feel like we were mistreated in any way. We signed all the papers and agreed to the 'As-Is'. The unfortunate part was before we got home (Kokomo to Marion) all of the Antifreeze was gone from the Reservior. We had to bring it into our mechanic and there are still repairing the leaks. If we had an extra day we would've brought it right to our guys and check it out before we bought it...and TruWorth would have allowed us to. Just unfortunate we were in a bind and needed the car right then. I would recommend, I appreciated the experience for sure. More

Good place to get a used car Good customer service, decent selection and a pretty fast buying process. Sales guy (patrick) was honest and upfront. Sales manager (zach) did well, nice, friendly. Only reason for a 4 star review instead of 5 is, the trade in vehicle we had, was a 4 speed auto. I was told it was CVT and was on it's way out. Though it might have been on its way out or the power steering (electric), CVT transmissions were discontinued in this particular vehicle 5 years before it was made. Though I didnt correct this, knowlegability did constitute only 4 stars. We plan to buy a much newer car in the near future and will be going back. More
