I checked Truworth and and the vehicle out and there were no surprises. Brandon Crull was wonderful to work with. He had the SUV ready to go when I arrived, I did the test drive, discussed it and made the commitment to buy. I felt that they were honest and very forthcoming with information. As it turned out the SUV came with an after market remote starter which they weren't sure how to use. However, Brandon promised that he would figure it out before I came and picked up my new Escape the next day. AND HE DID! Brandon made the entire experience enjoyable.
