The only downfall was a high pitched squeaking noise was coming from the motor & when I took it back up there within the first 30 days, they told me I would have to use the warranty I just purchased. I ended up spending money on a brand new battery, the tire was losing air & had to buy a new tire, plus the day after I purchased the car, I got pulled over by the police for the liicense plate lights not working which should have been found in the inspection. I then had to pay the deductible to get the timing chain replaced. I felt like this should have been covered by the dealership within the first 90 days. I still love my car & don’t have any regrets for my purchase & am thankful they worked with me. Just a little frustrated with the customer service after the car was purchased. More

Great experience for a first time buyer I got to the dealership earlier in the day after a 2 hour drive and John was outside in the lot waiting for me. He came right to my door to greet me and we got right down to business which was appreciated it. He was very accommodating as well once we got inside. After a test drive we got into the paperwork which he went over quickly but thoroughly and explained everything. Mike came over for the financing portion and again was patient, not pushy and explained to me what exactly I was getting and how much I would pay for it. For someone who had zero experience with buying a car from a dealership, TruWorth Auto set the bar extremely high. (For anyone wondering I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Hopefully I can come back here and right a review on the car after a few months.) More
