He was a great mechanic and is now a stellar service department manager! http://www.truworthauto.com/service Scott H & Nick were great, helped me trade in my beloved SUV for a newer version. The price was phenomenal considering the great shape and low mileage the Xterra had! Sales staff was friendly, professional, and not pushy! http://www.truworthauto.com/default.aspx There is no need to pursue other used-vehicle establishments in the Indianapolis area! More
Higher Quality than the rest I stopped by TruWorth to quickly check out a car so I could move on with my "real car search" at CarMax...I never made it to CarMax. I was greeted im I stopped by TruWorth to quickly check out a car so I could move on with my "real car search" at CarMax...I never made it to CarMax. I was greeted immediately, taken straight to the vehicle I came to see and at no time was put under any pressure to look at more or up my price point. After looking at numerous used car lots across Indianapolis, Fishers and Noblesville, it was the quality and fantastic shape that the cars were in that drew me to buy from TruWorth. In addition, the sales team is very friendly, helpful, informative and didn't bat an eye when I requested to take the vehicle to my personal mechanic for an inspection. Both Tom Clark and Nick did everything in their power to get my husband and I into the car we wanted and even stayed more than an hour past closing time to complete our sale. I would highly recommend both Tom and Nick if you want to find a great, quality used car and to buy it from trustworthy people who aren't going to pressure you to buy. This is the only place I will buy a used car at, from now on. More

Excellent dealership and even better customer service I never thought our car would sell. We sold our car and expected never to see the shares check. When selling, the team was professional, courteous and I never thought our car would sell. We sold our car and expected never to see the shares check. When selling, the team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked hard to ensure that we were treated fairly. After selling our car, the communication from them was more than I could have asked for. Now, we have been informed that our car has sold and couldn't be happier and more excited to get that check! I bought the vehicle via the internet and from the very beginning Jen and her team were nothing but helpful. Jen and one of her associates( who's name escapes me) even drove the vehicle to me over 3 hours away so that I could surprise her for a big planned weekend. I highly recommend TruWorthAuto to anyone looking for an automobile! They are living proof that service does still exist! More
Good Experience at TruWorth After a couple of months after looking for a truck at dealerships and on the internet, I discovered this truck on the internet that seemed more fairly After a couple of months after looking for a truck at dealerships and on the internet, I discovered this truck on the internet that seemed more fairly priced for what we were getting. I had never heard of TruWorth, but the values they gave me for my trade-in and the pricing on the truck were better than I had found elsewhere. Dealing with the people at Truworth was refreshing in that they stood behind a needed repair as well as assisted me in getting a new set of needed tires. More
Dedicated to making it work I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with the team at TruWorth, who worked magic to ensure I reached my financial goal in the purchase of a S I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with the team at TruWorth, who worked magic to ensure I reached my financial goal in the purchase of a Subaru Outback. I came in with a specific price point in mind, hoping to decrease my monthly car payment with a trade in for a safe, gently used car. I knew that my goal was a stretch for the car that I was interested in, even with a strong trade in to apply towards the purchase. But, even without a down payment, Chip and his team flew into action looking for the best deal for me--and it ultimately worked out perfectly. As a divorcee making my first independent car purchase, I was pretty new to the nuance of the process, but Mike and Chip were extremely patient with me and clear in answering all of my questions. Mike allayed any fears I had and re-explained things when needed. Following the purchase, I was anxious about setting up my payments in a timely manner, and the banks were slow to process the paperwork in the first two weeks. Mike followed up very quickly and let me know the current status of my files with the banks, and in the end everything went through without a hitch. Throughout my time there, Mike and Chip were open and honest about their business and their commitment to the customer, and I felt confident that they were on my side. They earned my trust, which is so important. The team at TruWorth understands that word of mouth is more valuable than money. I consider myself lucky that I happened upon TruWorth Auto, who made me feel like a member of their family in the short time I was there. More
Out of state buyer they screwed I called about a car I saw on cars.com, and was going to buy it, only based on the pictures, since I am out of state. I told the salesman I would put I called about a car I saw on cars.com, and was going to buy it, only based on the pictures, since I am out of state. I told the salesman I would put a deposit on my credit card to hold the car, and I would get my financing and schedule a plane trip to pick it up. He said there was 1 or 2 other people coming in that day to look at the car, but I said I will buy it right now !! He would not take a credit card deposit to hold the car, he wanted me to go fill out a loan application. I was going to get my own loan at my local credit union, but in the time it took me to fill out the loan application, for a loan I didn't want, apparently they sold the car. Very poor customer service, especially since I was out of state. Not like I was just down the street and could walk down there in 5 minutes. I bought a car 1 1/2 years ago out of state and they took a credit card deposit to hold the car for me. So, these people are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They had a paying customer will to buy a car and they would not take my money !!! Seems odd. Ok, so someone said they would stop by and look at the car, but I was there first (on the phone), and was ready to put a down payment on it !!! Something is wrong with these people. I found another car, almost the same, for $1,000 less, so it worked out, but very unprofessional on their part, not helpful, not very friendly. I am in Florida, guess it is a "northern" thing. More

Buyer Beware My experience with TruWorth has been very frustrating to say the least. I bought a used car, paying cash for it in April. My salesperson was very frie My experience with TruWorth has been very frustrating to say the least. I bought a used car, paying cash for it in April. My salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She was truly the ONLY friendly and helpful person I dealt with during this experience. After having my car for a couple of weeks, I had not received any paperwork for the title or registration. I emailed my salesperson, Jen, to find out what was going on. After some research, she left me a voicemail stating she did not want to discuss the "situation" in an email, but would rather discuss on the phone. After speaking, I found out that there was a "problem" with the title, but they were addressing it. Jen also offered to put a dealer plate on my car because my previous plate had expired. I spoke with someone in the title department who told me that they were "having a hard time getting the lien released on the title. No further explaination was given. It took over 60 days and many phone calls/emails to FINALLY receive a title on the car. My title is postmarked 6/23/14. I received a voicemail from someone at Truworth just a day or so after receiving my title/registration paperwork stating that her manager had asked her to call me to get the plate back. Obviously, I needed to get the new plate/registration before doing this. A couple of days later, Jen called and I told her that I hadn't had the title that long and that I was dealing with the death of my father in Michigan and would be in by the end of the week or early next week to drop off the plate. She was AWESOME and agreed that this would indeed be appropriate. The very next day, I received a voicemail AND an email from Chip, the Sales Manager requesting the plate back. I called him back to explain AGAIN what the situation is and told him I would return the plate by the end of this week or early next week. Because Chip is the manager, I decided to discuss with him ALL of the issues and problems I had trying to get the title. He became very argumentative and rude. He would not listen to what I was trying to say. He was speaking over me and was extremely aggressive. He accused me of borrowing money from someone to buy the car because I could not get financing. NOT TRUE. Also, NOT RELEVANT. He also told me that he did not care if they lost me as a returning customer. Chip told me I had two days to return the plate or he would be contacting an attorney. When I asked him not to threaten me, he said, "Or else WHAT??" I asked to speak to Chip's boss, and he told me he was the highest person there. He told me there was no corporate office or really anyone else that I could speak to. After ending this conversation abruptly, Chip called me back to "apologize." He told me that he had just spoken to his General Manager (wait... I thought there was no one above him??) and that he was sorry that he did not know all the facts before calling me. I explained to him that I had been trying to tell him what was going on with the title and the plate, but he kept interrupting. To this he stated that there were "25 other people around when I called." Not sure why this mattered. To Chips credit, he did call me to apologize and was MUCH more appropriate and understanding. HOWEVER, the way he spoke to me and the accusations he made were completely out of line and his apology was too little too late. Because of this experience, the lack of communication and the extremely rude manner in which I was spoken to, I will not be buying any vehicle here again and I will not recommend this establishment to anyone I know. Buyer Beware. Extremely disappointed customer. More
