The seller, Scott, was very laid back and friendly to the questions my dad and I asked. They were able to offer us financing and even took extra time to ensure that we got the very best offer possible. The process did take quite a while for this reason, but the end result was well worth the extra time and effort. They offer a free car fax report as well as a maintenance check on all their cars as well which put me at ease. All the people I interacted with were professional and pleasant to talk with. By far the most stress free and pleasant car buying experience I have had. More

Other dealers made me feel uneasy, rushed, and pressured into what only seemed like a good deal only for them. When I went to TruWorth I felt like I was a member of their family. I found the perfect car for me in perfect condition for an amazing price. They also gave my trade-in vehicle a great value. At other dealerships I always felt pushed into making a deal. Here they explain everything you want to know prior to the purchase and aren't pushy. I was beyond happy with my service and plan to come back when I need another vehicle. Because of the praise I have been giving them with my friends and family, they also plan on coming here for their next car. More

I wish to share my experience with TruWorth Auto On Monday January 11th at 4:00 pm I started looking for a late model Ford Escape to purchase for my daughter. She has been driving a hand-me-down 1997 On Monday January 11th at 4:00 pm I started looking for a late model Ford Escape to purchase for my daughter. She has been driving a hand-me-down 1997 Ford Taurus that had seen its best days, years ago. I started the search using TrueCar service (I love that service) and three prospects popped up. One car was in Kokomo, IN, one in Columbus, IN, and the third at TruWorth. I started by making an inquiry about the car at TruWorth. A few minutes later I received a phone call from Chris LaRiviere. I told him I was interested in the car and he said he would get it pulled out so I could look at it later that night. I did not expect to be there before they closed but as it turned out I got done sooner than expected as was at the dealership around six. We talked for a few minutes and I decided I wanted to buy the car. They did the financing thing and I got a rate and payment I was comfortable with and made the deal. Then they offered to put the car on the showroom floor and put a big bow on it so I could surprise my daughter the next night. This was totally unnecessary but appreciated and it made my daughters day, night, week when she discovered she was ditching the Taurus for her first grown-up car. The day after we picked up her car the finance manager called me regarding the loan. As it turned out another bank called the next day with a lower loan rate and he wanted to off me the lower rate. The deal was done and TruWorth had no obligation to make such an offer. Of course I took them up on the deal. I will never forget the above and beyond attitude I received from this dealer. The next used car I buy will be with TruWorth. More
A gratifyingly sane car-buying experience Truth be told, I'd probably pay a surcharge to buy a car without having to deal with a hyper-aggressive salesperson who treats the sale as a kind of p Truth be told, I'd probably pay a surcharge to buy a car without having to deal with a hyper-aggressive salesperson who treats the sale as a kind of performance art, scribbling numbers on sheets of paper and wandering off every so often to "talk to his manager" and returning with yet another sheet of paper with yet another number scribbled upon it. But here, you're spared that, and don't have to pay any extra, for anything. The car is set at an imminently reasonable price for its market value and the salesman doesn't feel the need to pressure you, realizing that even if you don't buy it, someone else will and probably pretty soon (the one I came in to look at after seeing it online, for example, was already sold). Instead, Casey showed me a comparable car that was newer and with substantially fewer miles on it that cost just a nominal amount more. He intuited a couple of things about me (if he tires of the car-selling business, he could work as a profiler) and was gracious and made the process easy and as pain-free as something like this could be. More

I found a very nice option at TruWorth and went to test drive it. My intention was not 100% to purchase but the no-pressure approach was very much appreciated. Being a sales professional myself, I know what works and what irritates. The approach I was greeted with made my experience a buyer's market and not that of a seller. The entire staff was welcoming and good to talk to. No one pushed and the timeline was convenient enough to literally pop-in and buy a car after work. I was very impressed with the experience in it's entirety. More

He was super friendly and took us on very informative test drives I have been shopping for cars for almost a week and have been on many test drives and honestly he was the best of the best. Not really trying to screw you with prices or make you feel rushed. He spent almost three hours with us and we really had a great time. When I decide to buy another car in the future I will definitely hope he still works there. More

Always kept in contact while working on details over the phone. Chip from finance was great as well. Wasn't pressured in any way and took great care of me. I really appreciate how Scott offered to pick me up from airport but when realized he couldn't make it he paid the taxi ride which wasn't cheap. Great dealership. I would fly here again to purchase another car. More
