Went for a recall and explained the advisor the driver door latch was broken. Never fixed it, did not quote the request, did not explained was not part of the recall, simply ignored my request and when pi door latch was broken. Never fixed it, did not quote the request, did not explained was not part of the recall, simply ignored my request and when pickingup the vehicle and I asked what happened and why was it not fixed quoted me another $130 to diagnose the problem, really? What kind of service is this? I had taken the day off from work and asked my brother to accompany me and drive me for the day. What a waste of time, terrible service! More

This has been the WORST experience I have ever had in the 12 years I've owned Ford vehicles, and I've had some bad ones. I have previously had issues with my coolant hose from the reservoir and have had it r 12 years I've owned Ford vehicles, and I've had some bad ones. I have previously had issues with my coolant hose from the reservoir and have had it replaced at my old dealership in MO. I brought this to their attention and wrote it down along with it needed an oil change. Ron calls me and tells me that they cannot duplicate the error, but has found several other issues that "needed" fixing immediately. I reluctantly agreed. So now I pick my car up expecting that it is in good working order. I drive literally 1.3 miles to get lunch and have to pull over because my engine is billowing smoke. I called back to have this fixed only to be told that it is EXACTLY what I had told them it was in the first place. So now I'm out over $1,000 and don't even have fixed what I initially brought it in for. Then I'm told it will be an additional $500+ to have this fixed. Horrible customer service and would NEVER recommend having anything important done with your vehicle at this location. Rating a 1 star because I can't give negatives. Absolutely garbage. More

I have been bringing my Ford vehicles here for service for years now. I also have extended warranties that service consistently handles without question (not easy for them to deal with sometimes) the serv for years now. I also have extended warranties that service consistently handles without question (not easy for them to deal with sometimes) the service department always gets the repairs done in a timely matter with excellent communication. I will continue to use this service department for as long as it’s open. Great service and friendly staff. 5 stars all the way and that’s coming from a 5 star company since 2006.
