Excellent Jonathan, Vitali, jay and Darrell were absolutley fantastic today. I had borrow my boyfriend's Ford-F150 and got a flat tire. He was out on vacation s Jonathan, Vitali, jay and Darrell were absolutley fantastic today. I had borrow my boyfriend's Ford-F150 and got a flat tire. He was out on vacation so i needed help to put the spare tire back on the truck. These guys didnt mind getting dirty to help me. (I came to the dealer even 5 minutes before opening) and they greeted me and helped me right away. The service was so outstanding that I am considering buying a Ford Escape for myself today!! Please recognize these employees for going above and beyond. More

It started badly when I was advised that I need to leave my car there for 3 or 4 days because they are backed up and wont be able to get to it. bare in mind I had an appointment for this issue, I didnt just roll up there. They did however have a tech drive the car and he stated that he did feel the vibration and the car needed to be tested with a driveshaft vibration analyzer. They then told me they do not have that tool and I needed to find a newer dealership and suggested Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. Well thats great !! I live in Orlando just a few miles from Tropical and now I have to drive an hour through traffic to Kissimmee ? Wouldnt it be really easy for them to get that tool from Ford since I have documentation where this drivetrain vibration is a very well know issue with Ford ? What a very poor experience when I was all set to make them my preferred dealer for my service and warranty work. More

Worst customer service, do NOT buy a car from here!!! One year ago, I bought a brand new 2016 Ford Mustang GT from Greenway Ford in Orlando, FL. I brought my car in for service around November 2016 for th One year ago, I bought a brand new 2016 Ford Mustang GT from Greenway Ford in Orlando, FL. I brought my car in for service around November 2016 for the Microsoft Sync issues, defective quarter panels, and the rubber trimming around the windows that were cracking. They kept my car for one week, and when I picked it up the new quarter panels they installed were damaged, and they completely “forgot” to replace the rubber trimming. They wanted me to schedule another appointment. I expressed my concern to the service advisor that I live one hour away and did not have the time to keep coming back, especially when they already had the car for one week. I never had time to take it back. Fastforward to March 2017, I found that my rear differential is leaking really badly. I took it to another Ford dealership called Tropical Ford in Orlando, FL since I was disgusted with the previous service at Greenway Ford. I told the advisor at Tropical Ford all the issues that Greenway Ford did not fix previously, in addition to the leaking rear differential. Tropical Ford contacted me several hours after having my car stating that “the rear differential is seeping and just keep an eye on it.” I told them I had no way of “keeping an eye on it” since I do not have a magical car lift in my garage. They also returned my car to me with the check engine light on, which was not on when I brought my car to them. When I asked the advisor why the light was on, he told me to bring my car back tomorrow. I filed a complaint with Ford Relations thinking they would help me solve these problems. Ford Relations contacted Tropical Ford about the issues I had. Tropical Ford responded by saying they will not service my car, and that I need to bring it back to where I bought the car from. Therefore, I called Greenway Ford to set up an appointment, and they told me they do not want to service my vehicle either. I have only brought my vehicle to each dealership once. My car is still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty, which is the only reason I feel they do not want to fix it. I spent over $40,000 on this vehicle, plus all the work I have put into it since I bought it; now these dealerships are refusing to service it. I never imagined I would have this problem from a car dealership in my life. I am proud to own my car but ashamed that Ford could treat their customers this way. Until now, no managers or owners at either dealership have returned my phone calls, and no one has helped me resolve this issue at all. Now I have to take the time out of my busy schedule to search for a Ford dealership who knows what customer service means. Do not buy from either Greenway Ford or Tropical Ford in Orlando , FL. I’m sure I am not the only person they have screwed over!!! More
Don't Trust Tropical Ford Tropical Ford changed a fuel pump on an expedition for me. The pump price from their parts department was $356. All the other parts were 20-25% more than Ford's recommended list price! $25 for "shop supplies" and $1.50 for a "history fee" ??? Next time I'll use a dealer that honors Ford's list pricing. More

Another great experience at Tropical Ford! Recently took F-150 in for first free lifetime oil change. While there, I went to see my salesman from a few months earlier, Devon Bignall. I mentione Recently took F-150 in for first free lifetime oil change. While there, I went to see my salesman from a few months earlier, Devon Bignall. I mentioned to him a small scratch on front right of hood near antenna, actually a gouge. I was not sure how or when it occurred. Devon actually went with me to the Parts Department for me to purchase touch-up paint and suggested someone from body shop might apply it more successfully than I could. He went with me to body shop. There I met Bob Franklin, Collision/Detail Manager, and the best body repair guy I've ever seen. Jose Melendez was his name. He applied the touch-up for me, but was not completely satisfied with his effort. He worked on it until he was satisfied with the outcome. I felt bad, especially since I was not charged. It took him a while and I returned the next morning for a quick buffing. The thoroughness of this guy and his attention to detail was unbelievable. Not only that, he was extremely friendly and professional. All three gentlemen represent Tropical Ford in an exemplary manner. Thanks again, Tropical! More
Not so Great Experience I've been a customer of theirs for a number of years now. Bought my new 2010 Fusion from them. Before then I had my Taurus serviced there. In August I I've been a customer of theirs for a number of years now. Bought my new 2010 Fusion from them. Before then I had my Taurus serviced there. In August I brought my car in to repair the A/C. They had to replace the Evaporator Temperature Sensor which involved taking out the dash. I checked online and I also asked to have the car detailed while it was there. I dropped the car off on a Saturday and was told they would work on it starting Monday. I called Monday and was told they were still working on it and would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday I called and was told they were still working on it and it would be ready Wednesday. I went to the dealership on Wednesday and waited for the car. Shortly after noon my car was finished and I drove it home sans the detailing. A/C was and is still working fine. However, there were black scuff marks on the trim at the door sills, black hand prints on the dash and today the plastic trim that goes over the gauges fell off, no screws were holding it in. I've since found screws laying around on the floor and a chipped piece of plastic missing from my gear shifter. So it took 2 and a half days ( I'm not counting Saturday) to complete a 3 hour job and I got a car back that wasn't finished or cleaned. This is not the quality workmanship I expected and am used to so I will probably give them another chance BUT when it comes to buying my next vehicle I'll be sure to look around. I checked that I would recommend this service center do to past experience but I would certainly tell them about my most recent experience. More
