Tropical ford vs there service center I have always loved my fords and Tropical Ford until 2 years ago. I swore i would never walk through those doors ever again until my hand was forced d I have always loved my fords and Tropical Ford until 2 years ago. I swore i would never walk through those doors ever again until my hand was forced do to car trouble that i swore was under warranty, anyways there service center is amazing, friendly and really try to go out of there way to help. There sales center does not care about there customers or returning customers. Once you buy that car and walk out hope everything is ok cause you will never here from anyone again. Management does not return calls, salesman do not return calls, finance do not return calls and if you go in there unless you are purchasing they make you sit for hours and wait to speak to someone. I have bought over 3 cars at this place and thanks to no one wanting to take responsibility or talk to me i will never shop here again. Of course they show the good reviews this one wont make it on the line. More

Oil Change I went it to get an oil change and was told to go outside and wait that someone would come out to check me in. I waited for 45 minutes went back insi I went it to get an oil change and was told to go outside and wait that someone would come out to check me in. I waited for 45 minutes went back inside, only when I went back inside was I told that I needed to check in myself inside the garage. I then had to wait an additional 25 minutes. Not even an apology. Simple vehicle repair took almost 3 business days I scheduled an appointment for 0730 Saturday morning. I was there. First they didn’t know if the tech that was scheduled was even working that day. T I scheduled an appointment for 0730 Saturday morning. I was there. First they didn’t know if the tech that was scheduled was even working that day. They found him after a few minutes. I dropped the vehicle and left. They called me about 2 pm starting it would take a long time to take the front end apart and the tech wanted me to know before he started. My vehicle had been there for 7 hours and they had not touched it yet. So that was the only update I got. Monday came and went with no update. I had to call them and ask. Tuesday came and I called only to be told the tech had just started to take the front end apart. I headed up there and logically my vehicle was almost ready. I was informed it was a loose bolt on the engine mount. From my years working on vehicles when a vehicle is turned on for knocking going over bumps and stuff I check mounts and stuff because that is the easy fix. Well this place floated xx for two and a half days for this simple fix. Thanks for fixing the problem though. More

I paid for the break pads so during this visit so the parts department could place the parts on order.....This is a 2004 Expedition so I cannon understand why a ford dealership would not have high volume parts on hand. More

I have appreciated this for years but only just found out about this rating site. I hope these employees receive the credit they deserve for continuously providing outstanding service.
