Quick service was exceptional! Came around 8:00AM and was immediately assisted and car went immediately into the shop. They went above and beyond fixing what I needed to have fixed, Came around 8:00AM and was immediately assisted and car went immediately into the shop. They went above and beyond fixing what I needed to have fixed, as well as making sure to check some weird noises I had been concerned about. Transmission problem with my Explorer If I could give them 10 stars I will. The service tech Juan is very professional and the tech who worked on Explorer was too. Tropical Ford to me is l If I could give them 10 stars I will. The service tech Juan is very professional and the tech who worked on Explorer was too. Tropical Ford to me is like family members the service is excellent. They fixed my Explorer and it wasn’t covered under warranty but they did not charge me The tech who worked on the Explorer is fantastic and I hope the manager takes care of them . In fact I plan on buying another vehicle soon . God bless More
