They had to give me back the keys as it wouldn't be done in time. I had to come back after my appointment. It still took a while. More

Excellent I needed extensive work to the clutch and rear end of my Mustang and was very satisfied with the results. My car rides much better and I know it's a I needed extensive work to the clutch and rear end of my Mustang and was very satisfied with the results. My car rides much better and I know it's a lot safer. Bryan told me it was unsafe to drive, so I had to leave it there for about a week due to scheduling. I am so glad I brought it in when I did. Replacing A/C blower. Had to bring in my Edge for the A/C blower to be replaced, no A/C at all. Didn't realize it was the day before the 4th of July, and the Service Cente Had to bring in my Edge for the A/C blower to be replaced, no A/C at all. Didn't realize it was the day before the 4th of July, and the Service Center was slammed. Juan got my SUV done by 4:00, he did a great job getting it through Service. I have been working with Elsie for about 4 years, and she has always been there, making sure everything got done. I never had to worry if she was around. Very good customer service. Just one concern in that I had brought my vehicle in twice before July 3rd (for other service) and told the Service Center that my A/C blower was loud and getting louder. Both times, they said it was fine. Thinking if they would have listened to the noise of the blower, they would have replaced it sooner, I would not have had to been without A/C for 2 days. More
Too Many trips My Air and my Radio needed service. It took 4 trips (and inconveniences arranging for rides) as wrong parts were ordered etc.. It all costing me abo My Air and my Radio needed service.
