Part not ordered When I called I specifically asked the serpentine belt to be replaced. When I arrived 1 hour prior to my time, they took my car immediately, great, bu When I called I specifically asked the serpentine belt to be replaced. When I arrived 1 hour prior to my time, they took my car immediately, great, but then, 2 hours later I was told they did NOT have the belt in house and would have to order it. It would take 2 hours to get! I said obviously I wanted to wait as I drive 1 1/2 to come here. Later I was told the part had arrived and now that the technician had arrived back from lunch they would work on my car xxx!!! Good grief people. After being at the office 5 hours my car was complete. More

Dishonest Service August 24 I scheduled my Fusion SE Hybrid 2013 for 3 things change oil, TIRE ROTATION and recall service for seat belts. It took me 3 hours to wait bu August 24 I scheduled my Fusion SE Hybrid 2013 for 3 things change oil, TIRE ROTATION and recall service for seat belts. It took me 3 hours to wait but finally it was done. 2-3 days later I checked tne tires, my tire on the RIGHT REAR IS DIFFERENT FROM THE REST BECAUSE I HAD A FLAT TIRE 2 WEEKS PRIOR AND HAD TO CHANGE THE TIRE SO IT IS A NEW TIRE WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND. TO MY SURPRISE THE NEW TIRE WAS STILL ON THE SAME POSITION!!! THEY DID NOT ROTATE THE TIRES. BUT CHARGED ME FOR It. This is unacceptable!!! That is why people go to the dealership to have their car served well and this is what you get??? Now I have doubts whether Tropical Ford really changed the oil as well???
