Recall on Shifter Cable Ford Fusion 2015 I’m currently in the middle of relocating from Texas to Florida due to medical issues with my mom stroke related. On September 28, 2018 around 3pm my I’m currently in the middle of relocating from Texas to Florida due to medical issues with my mom stroke related. On September 28, 2018 around 3pm my gears on my vehicle were no longer shifting so I immediately called Ford. I was then transferred to a towing company who sent out a tow truck that came about an hour later. Due to my position from being parked at the mall said tow truck was unable to pull my vehicle out because it would not shift to Neutral so unfortunately I had to wait on another tow truck. That guy was awesome and figured out a way to pop my hood and manually shift the gears. I noticed it was around 5 so I immediately called the dealership and was told that the service techs are all booked up and will be going home for the evening soon. I then requested a manager with whom the receptionist made a lot more difficult than it needed to be to speak with. Nonetheless, I was able to finally reach the service manager Gaylon Stuart who was able to inform me that he will try to make sure I can get into a vehicle even though Hertz was closing at 6pm. I ended up arriving at 5:56 pm and Elsie Martinez along with a few service Techs seen me rushing to th Hertz and called me over and informed me they would simply fix my vehicle right then and there. I asked the manager Gaylon if it’d be fine for me to go ahead and get an oil change done because I was well behind and he told everyone to take good care of me. I was the last customer and everyone was friendly and okay with staying a little late. Service on my vehicle didn’t end until a little after 7 and the sales advisor, clerk guy in the waiting room, cashier, and mechanic were super positive and made my experience BEYOND excellent. My car drives so much smoother now and no more transmission slips. All fluids returned back to normal levels as well; as a courtesy I presume. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family. Thank you for dealing with my attitude from being upset over the phone Gaylon and I am grateful for the excellent service. I hope to see you all again on my next oil change. Extra shoutout to Elsie and the cashier for making me laugh. More
three strikes you're out! was a regular customer until I realized I keep paying for the same problem that never get's fixed. after throwing a couple 0f thousands at the problem was a regular customer until I realized I keep paying for the same problem that never get's fixed. after throwing a couple 0f thousands at the problem, the service personel suggest I replace the item for a couple of thousand which means I would have spent 4,000-the price of a good used car- for a job and part that shouldn't cost no more than 200 dollars. Good service, nice People I am glad I was helped by Hector. He listened to all my requests and took care of all items quick lane could do. The reason for me to score Tropical with a 4 star and not a 5 is that I have to schedule another appointment (during the week which is not helpful to me), to take care of two of the most important items I needed to fix. All and all, they changed the oil, replaced the wipers and filled in the fluid for my windshield and back window. They could make an effort and clean up the car inside a little bit. Vacuum probably? More

Great Service I had an issue with my Ford Fiesta, caused by a dead battery. Apparently, the Transmission Control Module gets wiped out whenever the battery dies or I had an issue with my Ford Fiesta, caused by a dead battery. Apparently, the Transmission Control Module gets wiped out whenever the battery dies or is replaced. Tropical Ford's service department took care of the issue in one day and assured me that there would be no charge, as it was still under a warranty that Ford has extended because of the defect. More
