Great customer service I have taken my truck twice for recalls and some issues. the first time they work with the Ford company and got me a car at no cost.it took like three I have taken my truck twice for recalls and some issues. the first time they work with the Ford company and got me a car at no cost.it took like three days.the second time no need for car but they where very fast on giving me my truck quik.and the Lady ho help was very nice on explaining everything. Do not use Tropical Fords "Online appointment" maker. I decided to use the Tropical Ford online appointment feature when they sent me a service special via email. So I filled in all the information INCLUD I decided to use the Tropical Ford online appointment feature when they sent me a service special via email. So I filled in all the information INCLUDING what I needed done during the service appointment. I stopped by the dealership's service department and went looking for the service writer that the website gave me..... And he is not working. Finally met a service writer and went over the appointment needs and then was told, "We do not do that repair over the weekend only Tuesday-Thursday. So I wasted my Saturday just getting an oil change? I could have done that anywhere near my home without dropping off my car 45 minuets away from our house. We needed the rear window motor fixed or replaced under warranty, not making un needed trips to the dealership. My time is very important and limited, I do not have time to chase warranty issues due to a poor website design. Shame on Tropical Ford. More

Battery replacement. Hector always has a welcoming attitude regardless if he is helping you or someone else. This time I was lucky enough to work with him. He was honest Hector always has a welcoming attitude regardless if he is helping you or someone else. This time I was lucky enough to work with him. He was honest about what July issues were. And most importantly to me, he recognized my loyalty to Tropical. He explained all that needed to be done to correct my issue. He checked in with me throughout my stay while the work was being done.
