I brought my 2007 car to Tropical Ford because my engine light came on. An hour later Ron told me they found the problem and would have to order the part and that it was cover by extended warranty and he co light came on. An hour later Ron told me they found the problem and would have to order the part and that it was cover by extended warranty and he could arrange a rental car.I also mentioned the driver seat wasn't working.He said he would look into it. He called and said the seat was cover.When I left the lot I was one happy guy.Thank you Topical Ford.I don't know the mechanic or the cashier name but thank you. More

My fiesta has had an issue for years now where the tires squeak while driving and my brakes just didn't feel right and wore down very quickly. After 2+ years of being told no one could figure it out, I brou squeak while driving and my brakes just didn't feel right and wore down very quickly. After 2+ years of being told no one could figure it out, I brought it to Tropical Ford. It is worth mentioning that I had brought it to another dealership prior to this and was told the same thing. This Ford figured out that my bearings had been damaged causing significant damage to my brakes over the years. Santiago kept me in the loop and was very helpful throughout the process. He even brought me back to the technician so I could talk with him and better understand what was going on with my car. More

Please be careful when having anything but an oil change done at this dealer. I have had issues with them both times I have had anything else done here. They do not stand behind their work and will do any done at this dealer. I have had issues with them both times I have had anything else done here. They do not stand behind their work and will do anything to keep from having to fix an issue that they have caused. Two examples are: 1) They talked me into replacing my wiper blades because there was a great rebate available. When the rebate paperwork was submitted it was found that they did not do their paperwork correctly and I could not get the rebate. When I spoke to them about they did not have an answer and basically just let it go. 2) I had an issue with the battery on a vehicle that was under 2 years old, they replaced the battery and now under two years later the new battery has gone bad. They told me that they are not responsible for anything because the replacement battery was only covered for 12 months. For two batteries to go bad in under two years each is not normal. There was no offer to look at the vehicle to see if there is an underlying issue that might be causing this to happen. More
