Misinformed repair Although you guys were friendly, you all missed a simple repair I asked for... My drivers side window would not stay closed when I closed the window. I asked them to look at it, and they said they tried to reprogram the window and it wouldnt work. Had I chosen to move ahead with that repair, they would have charged me for a new part..... I did fix it myself by reprogramming it with the window switch... I am surprised that a Ford shop working on a Ford car did not know or were hiding that simple repair from me and trying to charge me. I always use caution, and its a good thing I did... More

Quality of Work I will start with the positive. The facilities are really good. The staff is friendly and that's a big plus. Opportunities: I have seen a trend wit I will start with the positive. The facilities are really good. The staff is friendly and that's a big plus. Opportunities: I have seen a trend with Tropical Ford that makes me doubt what they actually do with my vehicle. Recently I took one of my vehicles for an oil change and told them that my front tire was loosing air and that I had to add air 2 to 3 times a week. After they were done with the oil change they gave me the car and said that they didn't find anything wrong with the tire...So here I'm still adding air to the tire. On a different occasion I took my other vehicle for an oil change and told them that my vehicle shakes when I break and I was thinking that it could be the disk brakes. After they were done with the oil change they gave me the vehicle and said that they didn't find anything wrong with it...So here I'm with a vehicle that continues to shake when it breaks. It is not normal for a tire to lose that much air on a weekly basis or a vehicle to shake when you break. I like Tropical Ford but honestly this makes me wonder how are they looking at mechanical issues and if I should just go there strictly for oil changes and someplace else for the mechanical stuff... The guy that helped me was great and just passing the message that the mechanics told him. More
