Bad customer services Every time you come here they act like they are doing you a favor. Second service visit same issues Let me start by saying I came to the service department around 6:45am. I was never acknowledged by the two adviser's that were there. I had to initiate this and they were too busy to even say good morning and they had to discuss the appointments of the day and who was taking care of who. The one adviser finally took my info and after reading my prior service history (one other time) quickly bounced me to the other service adviser that I saw before. Brought my car in for a no start condition. This is a CPO car first thing adviser tells me is that I need to authorize a diag fee of $119.95. I have no choice and hoping that it is covered under warranty. I get a call saying whomever put my clutch in broke the bolt for the starter solenoid wire. This is very interesting since the clutch was replaced over 3 months ago (This is the same stealership that told me I needed a clutch over 8k miles ago and when it was taken out it looked brand new). The funny thing was that this problem would have shown up the day the clutch was installed again over 3 months ago. I went and picked my car up and my service adviser told me his tech rigged a wire up so it works. I brought it back to my shop and we put it up in the air and yes the tech did rig something. The wire he used was too long and was just about touching the unibody of the car which if it had would have caused an electrical short and my car to catch fire. I will also be posting my review of the first time I was at this dealership with my original warranty problems that were misdiagnosed. I would stay very clear of this stealership!! Unfortunately I had no choice to go back again. When I had my first experience with them in January and the games they played I knew this was the typical stealership as they wanted to charge for so many things until they were called out. Needless to say I wrote a complaint to them through their website on how they misdiagnosed my problems and the only reply I got back was when I wanted to come in and buy a car from them. I have been in the automotive/insurance industry (tech) for over 25 plus years. I know the BS they are going to say. All I can say if you use this stealership be very cautious. I have seen other's estimates for repairs when they didn't need a third of what they claim. More
My Ford Fusion was dented while in service. Refused to fix Just this week on 10/18/18, I went to the Tropical Ford dealership to have my AC serviced. I got there early at 7am to drop off my vehicle. The gentleman that takes your keys noticed that I was in a hurry to get to work so he hands me a form, tells me to sign the form in order for them to get started, and i went on my way as I had someone giving me a ride to work. Upon my return later that day to pick up my vehicle, i noticed a huge dent on my car. I complained to one of the techs there, and they told my the manger was not there, and for me to return the following day. I was also told I would be able to view camera footage when I come in the following day. The following day, the manager denied that the damage happened at their property, handed me the form I signed the previous day, except this time it was not empty but had been tampered to make it look like the damage was done prior to me dropping off my vehicle. They also would not let me see any footage. Lucky for me, I video recorded all the conversations, when the tech spoke to me and when the manager spoke to me and they said some incriminating things that I captured. More

Great Service at Tropical Ford ! In somewhat of a scheduling problem, Several months ago I had to got o another service center in Kissimmee. Even though the facility was a new one I In somewhat of a scheduling problem, Several months ago I had to got o another service center in Kissimmee. Even though the facility was a new one I did not care for it or the staff. After a simple fix the service rep told me that I needed a new serpentine belt. I just had a new one installed a few months earlier. Told them no thanks. On the other hand, Tropical Ford is by far and large the best service center that I have ever dealt with.. They do great work. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is comfortable. Excellent WiFi and then....to top off the great work that they do...there are the doughnuts and coffee. More
