Attention to detail When I brought my vehicle to have its paint protection reapplied, I was informed that although the interior would also be cleaned certain marks on the When I brought my vehicle to have its paint protection reapplied, I was informed that although the interior would also be cleaned certain marks on the floor would still be there. When I received my vehicle, not only was the interior cleaned they had found a way to remove all markings on the floor. The exterior and interior of the vehicle looked better than I had anticipated. Good job team. More

Poor Service - Made an appointment for a warranty issue on my Edge, due to having issues with the left rear bearing. Took the car and after waiting for 4 hours, I Made an appointment for a warranty issue on my Edge, due to having issues with the left rear bearing. Took the car and after waiting for 4 hours, I was told by the service technician that there were no issues with the car it was only the tires. Personally showed the issue to the technician but they insisted there was no issues. The car has had the weird- sound coming out of that side since new but they insist it is normal. Very disappointed with the service, the car has a problem and they failed to cover as a warranty. More
