The waiting area is nice and clean. The team there is really friendly which isn’t the norm in the auto service world. They even have cameras in the garage so you can watch your car being serviced! Good service dept experience I created an appointment online. When I arrived at the dealership, they were ready for me. NOTE: the appointment is for the Service Advisor's time, I created an appointment online. When I arrived at the dealership, they were ready for me. NOTE: the appointment is for the Service Advisor's time, not the actual repair. I further explained my need and the Advisor stated the various scenarios that we might encounter, including ordering parts. I went to the lobby and had a cup of coffee. I saw two boxes of donuts, though I was not interested in having one. It was about an hour and the repair was complete. The Advisor explained what the technician did to solve the problem. It was covered under warranty, so no expense. On to run my errands. More
Unprofessional I want in for a routine oil change and was informed I needed new front breaks and the rotors looked fine. Then I was told they didn't have the pads in stock and had to order them. Mean while I was waiting for the car. Finally after waiting all day they said the car was ready. When I left the with the car the breaks were not working correctly. I brought the car right back to be checked. They had to recut the rotors. I left again and the breaks still were not working correctly. I took the car back and after another day, I was informed that the rotors needed to be replaced. I believe that they made a mistake when they cut the rotor and then they made me pay for their mistake. I will not be going back for any more service and I would not recommend going for service at this location. More

Good fast service I was shopping around for a new battery for my 2006 Mustang and found prices from $99-200. I then called Ford Quick Lube Service and got a mid-range I was shopping around for a new battery for my 2006 Mustang and found prices from $99-200. I then called Ford Quick Lube Service and got a mid-range quote for a battery, however, it was for a much longer warranty, eight years. You know how batteries are. The warranty runs out and matches the death of the battery, which mine did after two years. Two years and six days, battery died. Ok, so it lasted six more day, woo hoo... I'm glad I had my battery replaced at Ford, nough said. More
