All employees are very friendly Took my F-150 in for a tire replacement and it took longer than they said it would, but everyone was super friendly in the service department. Ford F-150 issue The dealership is big, brought my F150 In for service, engine issue, oil change and 2 recalls. The service manager had no clue what they did to my tru The dealership is big, brought my F150 In for service, engine issue, oil change and 2 recalls. The service manager had no clue what they did to my truck. He read off the receipt. I asked him what it meant and he wasn’t sure. Had to call a friend who is a mechanic. The work was done properly, However, I asked if both recalls were performed. I was told yes. When I picked up the truck Only 1 was done. Ill stick to my service center in Tampa. The ladies at the cashier office were not friendly, more consumed with talking to each other. More

Tropical Ford personnel discussed my interests, I recently found Tropical Ford thru another Ford dealer referral regarding service for my 2018 F-150. Tropical Ford personnel discussed my interests, created an appointment time, and added the Ford extras I wanted and completed the service on-time in the time estimates they provided. No surprises. No disappointments. Tropical Ford is literally the opposite side of the city of Orlando from where I live. I may continue to travel the distance for the quality service I received. One Ford dealership near me admitted they knew nothing about my service interests (Ford products) and the other wasn't interested. Yes I recommend Tropical Ford. More
