truck repair I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke with Elsie to also check the battery cable connectors as there was a concern with the electrical system. Elsie infromed that the battery and cabling would need replacement, we agreed and had the work done. I left completely satisfied . We have been customers since 1997 and have purchased many new vehicles during this time period. I think that Elsie Martinez is the best service writer that we've worked in all that time. Her pleasant attitude and the fact that she listens to the customer are qualities that are the keys to great customer service. More

The Kindest People in the Auto Industry! I had a multitude of car problems with my Ford Focus after dealing with the aftermath of several car accidents. Fast friendly service. I arrived about 9am on a Friday and walked into the service waiting area to have my car serviced. I noticed that there were a lot of people waiting so I arrived about 9am on a Friday and walked into the service waiting area to have my car serviced. I noticed that there were a lot of people waiting so I was glad I brought my kindle. I spoke with the service writer and took one of the last seats remaining. I was done about an hour later and on my way. Quick service, didn't even finish a chapter of my book. Thanks Tropical Ford. More

a hit on the works and a miss on key fob battery replace Came in for "The works", typical out come. Vehicle was giving a warning regarding 'low key battery'. Was told they would be able to assist for $ 7, bu Came in for "The works", typical out come. Vehicle was giving a warning regarding 'low key battery'. Was told they would be able to assist for $ 7, but then did not have batteries in stock. Would have needed 4 of them, because spare key was also giving the low battery warning. Disappointed, but took them apart myself and replaced batteries. More

Price $40 for a single oil change is way to pricey. I have been coming to Tropical Ford for 18 years and will not return for any oil change.
