Great service but online system needs work Juan in service took care of my car and even got it fixed under warranty for recall part that went bad. I know techs hate warranty service so I added Juan in service took care of my car and even got it fixed under warranty for recall part that went bad. I know techs hate warranty service so I added an alignment in and offered to have them do a LOF early but, Juan said it was too early. He could have done an up-sell, but didn't. One complaint and I hope it makes work easier for your employees and customers, if your online appointment system does not work and everyone I talked to says it doesn't, please fix it. This is the 2nd time my appointment made online, 2 days in advance, never made it to the service department. The only people who get notified about service appointments are the sales people, who want to by my car. Fortunately, your staff figured it out & got my car fixed in a couple hours, all very nice and professional from the sales guy, to Juan in service and the tech who worked on my car, the woman who cashed me out, even the guy who brought my car out. More

Disappointed I called in the morning and explained that I needed to have an oil change and 43000 mile service as well as have the brakes looked at to troubleshoot I called in the morning and explained that I needed to have an oil change and 43000 mile service as well as have the brakes looked at to troubleshoot a noise and a pulling issue. I was told there was no need for an appointment. When I arrived at 1:30 PM. I was told that there was no way I would be able to get the work done that day because different technicians were needed, they were busy, one of the tech's was out, etc. I opted to have only the oil changed and a check engine light (which had just come on) investigated. The oil change and check engine light work was not completed until 5:10 pm. Other shops will troubleshoot check engine lights for free and I can get an oil change many places in under 30 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this service center. More

Oil change So I went for oil change and it was done at a slow pace, arrived at 1:45pm and left at 4:30pm. I knew it would take time because I was a walk in, howe So I went for oil change and it was done at a slow pace, arrived at 1:45pm and left at 4:30pm. I knew it would take time because I was a walk in, however it took longer because the mechanic broke the tire sensor that ended up costing $120 at the dealer. They didnt even offer to cover the costs. I'm not a happy camper. More
