It was very good. The people were very friendly and helpful. We are from out of state and were looking for a Ford dealership to have our Ford Escape serviced with an oil change. It was performed as we wanted. We are from out of state and were looking for a Ford dealership to have our Ford Escape serviced with an oil change. It was performed as we wanted. The only thing I’m dissatisfied with is these stupid reviews I’m supposed to fill out each time I have something done at a Ford dealership. I have a 2000 Ford Explorer that I have serviced at a different location and don’t have to go through this crap. That service garage seems to be perfectly happy, why can’t you? More

Very Happy Was not sure if my battery fails or charging system failed. It was almost quitting time, 5pm. The service Dept did not turn me away, they checked my car and determined it was the battery. They replaced it quickly and had me on my way. I was very pleased with Carlos who listened to what I was saying. I am sooo tired of people who make eye contact then only half listen to what you have to say. Carlos gave me his full attention, and I appreciate it. The Bluetooth system is now glitchy probably due to low voltage. I’m going to go back and see Carlos later this week, hopefully I will get the same great service again. More
Disappointing My app was on a Friday and they said they were not sure if they were going to see my car because there was 3 others in front of mine. So, why did I have to call and make an app then??!!! So, my car stayed for the weekend and only on Monday they took a look because I had to call the manager and yelled at him. How stupid. I spent a fortune in uber and Lyft. If they couldn't see my car on Friday, why they didn't give me an app for Monday??? I'll never go back there again More

I also had to do some other things to my vehicle including an oil change, my battery, and check my vehicle for a recall issue. Junior coordinated with Juan to service my vehicle and I was able to pay and take care of everything in one place. Letty helped take care of payment and even assisted with trying to find me a rental. Everytime I called the answered or called me right back. It was a great experience. Thanks so much. More
Unsatisfied service I brought my Ford Explorer to the dealership to have my screen above the radio which included the view Of the backup camera. I drove to the dealership on Tuesday Feb 26, 2019, I was informed that my screen would be repaired or and I could pick up my Explorer on Thursday Feb 28th. The dealership would not give me a loaner therefore I rented a car from Hertz next door. The dealership called me Wed Feb 27 and informed me that it would take several weeks to obtain the parts needed for the repair and that I needed to pick up my Explorer that day and the Dealership would call me when the part arrived. I was very disappointed in the unsatisfactory service and I rented a car for1 day paying $38 for the Rental, the dealership should have check to see when the part was going to arrive before I left, this was really unacceptable service. More
