Service Advisor Uninterested in Answering Questions I brought in a 2012 Ford Transit to be serviced, the window motor was bad. First thing I’m told is that they do not keep parts for this vehicle becau I brought in a 2012 Ford Transit to be serviced, the window motor was bad. First thing I’m told is that they do not keep parts for this vehicle because it was not a great seller. It works great for my Newfoundland Therapy Dogs that visit children’s homes and nursing homes weekly. Great way to stand behind your vehicles. Then when I pick it up after approving the actual cost to fix it. I asked a question about the bill and the first thing out of the Service Advisors mouth is “Do you want me to pull up the recorded call.” Really, I just wanted to know about the history charge and the shop surplus charge. Don’t tell me the bill is $685 but in actuality its $750 because of “special charges.” More

I will not be back I made an appointment to drop my car off in the morning and have it serviced while I went back to work. Four hours after my appointment time I called I made an appointment to drop my car off in the morning and have it serviced while I went back to work. Four hours after my appointment time I called back to see when I could pick it up and the adviser informed me that the technician hadn't looked at my car yet. I told him I needed to pick up my car in an hour and a half so they needed to have it looked at immediately. I called back in an hour to make sure they were working on it and I was told that the Tech didn't notice the issue I came in for but that my check engine light came on when he drove it. The check engine light was not on when I dropped off my car so this concerned me. I told him I was coming to get my car and not to do anymore work. When I got there my car was nowhere in sight, my keys weren't at the front, and the Tech had left so we couldn't talk about the issue. I got my keys back and was infuriated. I will never go back to this Ford. More

Got in & out quickly Glad I was able to get service on a Saturday morning & get on my way. Only thing that was concerning was that I got a phone message after leaving that I should call back but the caller had an accent & talked fast. I listened multiple times but never could make out his name. I tried to call back but they didn't know who called me or why. I don't know if it was a sales attempt or a service issue. I hate the sales calls! More
