Vacationing We were vacationing from Tupelo MS and developed an electrical issue were nothing worked on my F150. Talked to Juan Friday evening and brought it in We were vacationing from Tupelo MS and developed an electrical issue were nothing worked on my F150. Talked to Juan Friday evening and brought it in first thing Saturday morning. Juan was very attentive, explained the problem and fixed it. He and the mechanic were very professional and caring. I wish I had this service from my Ford dealer!!!! Thank you! More

Oil Change been taking my truck to Tropical for Diesel Oil changes since it was new in 2004. I always come back for the location convenience. Am dissapointed th been taking my truck to Tropical for Diesel Oil changes since it was new in 2004. I always come back for the location convenience. Am dissapointed this time that the drain plug is leaking just enough to leave spots on the driveway. Not sure if it was over tightened or if the washer has given up. havent had time to bring it back in yet due to travelling. More

F150 Oil Change My truck’s oil change went fine. The only reason I held back a star is that the service Dept ( in my opinion) should look up any open recalls on a For My truck’s oil change went fine. I know of two and had tried to get those dealt with months earlier, without success; but that’s another story. More

Warranty part I took my car in for to get checked as the brake booster had gone bad. Juan was very helpful in explaining how the process works and how much it would I took my car in for to get checked as the brake booster had gone bad. He explained the warranty the part had and if it were to not be what was suspected that he would notify me. Hernan helped me with checking for a new set of tires for my car, he was very patient with me and explained the differences between the types of tires. More
