My last visit for service at Tropical Ford. We have been long time customers at Tropical Ford and have purchased a number of new vehicles at this dealership. The Service Department is top notch We have been long time customers at Tropical Ford and have purchased a number of new vehicles at this dealership. The Service Department is top notch and second to none. The Service Rep that we always prefer is Elsie Martinez. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. When dealing with Elsie, we have no doubt that any concerns or repairs will be handled promptly and correct. Kudos to Elsie and the entire Service Department. T/Y More

Restraint/Airbag System Failure The amber airbag indicator on the vehicles dashboard would illuminate after driving a few feet. The Service Manager, Elsie Martinez, quickly had the The amber airbag indicator on the vehicles dashboard would illuminate after driving a few feet. The Service Manager, Elsie Martinez, quickly had the vehicle diagnosis made & explained that the problem was a failed 'watch spring' located in the steering wheel assy. She indicated that a replacement part wasn't currently available but a 'loaner vehicle' would be provided & the required part would be 'over-nighted'. Sure enough, the next morning Elsie contacted me & said my car was ready. She was a walking/talking example of what excellent customer service looks like! More

Needs A/C work A/C in car wasn’t blowing cold air. Took car in for that (and tune up while it was there). Elsie explained to me over phone what they found (very slo A/C in car wasn’t blowing cold air. Took car in for that (and tune up while it was there). Elsie explained to me over phone what they found (very slow leak) and how they planned to proceed with my OK. Evacuated system and recharged including a tracing dye. Air now blowing cold and just waiting for enough dye to leak out to be able to trace and complete repair. More

Exhaust System Repair Ford E450 cutaway (Class C Motorhome) Elsie, the service advisor was friendly, understanding and ensured the repairs were maid on a timely basis. She kept me up to date on repair status an Elsie, the service advisor was friendly, understanding and ensured the repairs were maid on a timely basis. She kept me up to date on repair status and answered questions as necessary. The dealership is very pricey, however well worth it. Tropical Ford has serviced all of our vehicles (4) and I can't think of any complaints other than routine oil changes taking more than 2hrs. More

Low tire pressure warning on 2nd day after oil change on the 2nd day after oil change i got a low tire pressure warning on 408. right front 28lb, left front 38, left rear 39lbs and right rear 28lbs. I f on the 2nd day after oil change i got a low tire pressure warning on 408. right front 28lb, left front 38, left rear 39lbs and right rear 28lbs. I figure they only rotated two tires and neglected to even check the tire pressures. More
