F150 repairs My repair took approximately 8 days to complete. Once I picked up my truck and started driving at home I noticed smoke coming from my vehicle. I had to return my vehicle for further repairs because the mechanic had failed to correctly re-assemble the engine area he had worked on. To add to my frustration my vehicle was leaking oil due to the mechanics poor workmanship. The oil that was leaking from my truck Stained my driveway in my new home. I am currently trying to figure out a solution to this problem to remove the oil stains from my driveway. The one positive note is that when I return the vehicle the service manager ensured that my vehicle was repaired properly and returned to me promptly within a short period of time that same day. Despite everything, I will not be returning to this dealership for future service of my vehicle. More

Great Customer Service My entire experience with Tropical Ford has been very pleasant, in fact, I had not intended to purchase my vehicle when I first saw it 1 year ago on t My entire experience with Tropical Ford has been very pleasant, in fact, I had not intended to purchase my vehicle when I first saw it 1 year ago on their lot, but because of my Sale Representative Vitalie, I immediately returned and made my purchase the following day. Well that same service carried over 1 year later when returning for service on my vehicle and Juan assigned as my Customer Service Representative. Juan listened and engaged with me in a positive manner, and even better, communicated with me throughout the day as the servicing was performed on my truck. ...and I believe in credit where credit is due and made sure Juan heard from me how satisfied I was. Both Vitalie and Juan are the main reason I will return to Tropical Ford. By the way, I took a few minutes to track down Vitalie during this last visit and he remembered who I was and we had a great casual conversation and he gave me some pointers on the value of my vehicle and information from Ford on my engine. Again, Nice Job Juan! More

Elsie, my service advisor is the BEST!!!! Elsie is an outstanding employee. She is honest and fair in her dealings with me always! I do have an issue which is disturbing me. One of the main reasons I scheduled this repair visit was to repair/replace the lid of the glove box on the top of the dashboard. When the tech looked at it he quoted the charge as $500.00 to repair. My Milan runs well so I want to keep it but to put $500.into that kind of repair is not cost effective or a reasonable charge. I would like it fixed certainly not for $500. Also the website said I would get a $10.00 credit for using it. I did not get that, Lastly, I asked the cashier to apply my reward points to the invoice. She said I had to move them from your old plan to a newone to transfer them using a pin. No where do I see those instructions on your site. Would like to know where that info is and why this kind of change was made without we clients being advised, More

flat tire repair/replacement I had a flat tire off the car and needed it repaired. It turned out it was too close to sidewall to repair so they replaced it.
