Sir we apologize if you felt the overbearance of our salespeople requesting your vehicle. Our main concern is that they were not rude to you while asking for your vehicle as a purchase. The market is hard pressed for good pre-owned vehicles and yours would be great addition for us. It is a part of the salespersons job to work our service drive as part of their daily routine and it does show to us they are trying to do their job. We do again apologize for so many requests and would like you to know that we are here for you if you should decide to trade-in your very valuable vehicle.
