My recent service experience at Tropical Ford was as fantastic as every other time our vehicle has gone there for the last two and a half years. My daughter Shayna took the car in for a routine maintena fantastic as every other time our vehicle has gone there for the last two and a half years. My daughter Shayna took the car in for a routine maintenance and Bryan Langenderfer and his service department found some other things that needed attention,and needed it immediately!! My daughter had to cut her steering wheel hard to the right not to be hit Head on and ended up scraping a wall trying to miss the accident!!!! Bryan Langenderfer not only Saw to the mechanical repairs but also made sure Shayna was handled fantastic in the body shop to repair her vehicle!! They even made sure Shayna was able to receive a rental car while her car was in the shop. I cannot say enough about the service in the body shop at Tropical Ford, and how well the entire operation is run. Thank you Bryan More

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. My 2019 Ford escape completely died in the middle of the highway. I had to get my car towed here and they said they would fix it. I business with. My 2019 Ford escape completely died in the middle of the highway. I had to get my car towed here and they said they would fix it. I have a full bumper to bumper warranty on my car that I paid extra money to have and this warranty also covers a rental car. When I picked my car up they said that I tripped some kind of "switch" that I didn't even know existed and tried to charge me $125 to fix it. I explained to him that I had this warranty and that I was not going to pay. He waived the fee. I left the dealership. The next day I get a charge on my credit card for the full price of the rental car...which SHOULD have been included. When I called Hertz to dispute this charge I was told that the manager of Tropical Ford went over there and told her that I was a "problem" customer and to charge me as much as she could charge me. This is completely out of line and unprofessional. I will NEVER bring my car to this dealership and if anyone HAS a full bumper to bumper warranty that they paid an excessive amount of money for thinking that this dealership will honor it...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! This place looks for reasons to scam you and take your money. ***EDIT**** considering this company provided us with ZERO PAPERWORK the only person I have the name of is Gerson Bueno and he was rude and condescending. More
