Super Fast Service I came in to get the car checked out before a road trip. They did the oil change, changed wipers, and checked tires, and looked the car over - within I came in to get the car checked out before a road trip. A/C Repair I called Tropical Ford service on a Friday late in the day because my a/c had quit. I spoke with Elsie Martinez about my problem and what needed addre I called Tropical Ford service on a Friday late in the day because my a/c had quit. I spoke with Elsie Martinez about my problem and what needed addressing. As it was too late in the day Friday to get parts and do the repair we agreed that I would bring the car in on Monday and that since Elsie would not be there Monday she would speak to someone and start the ticket. When I arrived on Monday the service department was aware of my issue and took my car in right away. It turned out that my a/c control head in the dash was the problem. It was quickly addressed and repaired. They also replaced my fan motor which was replaced earlier this year as it had gone bad as well. Great job service department and especially Elsie.
