Was Recommended services that were not needed. Brought my vehicle in with 39,000 miles for an oil change, and was recommended to have the transmission and brake fluid flushed by the service adviser Brought my vehicle in with 39,000 miles for an oil change, and was recommended to have the transmission and brake fluid flushed by the service adviser. The reasoning was that these fluids were "dirty". My transmission and brake fluids were never checked by the technicians, so how did they know their condition? I personally checked these fluids once I recieved my car back and the brake fluid was clean and clear while the transmission fluid was light pink, which is expected from a vehicle with only 49k miles. Furthermore, Ford manufacturer does not recommend the transmission fluid be changed until 150,000 miles and has no recommendation on brake fluid. More

Not the service I expected My car would not start on December 28. It was towed to the dealership on Sunday December 29.
