Body shop repair was good, but when finished, they ran my black vehicle thru their terrible car wash and now there are scuff marks throughout my vehicle. Their response was they were never told not to run it black vehicle thru their terrible car wash and now there are scuff marks throughout my vehicle. Their response was they were never told not to run it thru their car wash. At the same time, I never told them to run it thru and they never mentioned that they would because I would have told them not to. Not once did they offer to fix the swirl marks so now insurance company involved again More

Tire replacement experience I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work. After work I took my car to get the tire fixed. While I was there I noticed all my tires were getting worn I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work. After work I took my car to get the tire fixed. While I was there I noticed all my tires were getting worn which was not surprising considering the car has over 63000 miles and they were the original tires. I asked them to go ahead and replace all 4 tires. I didn't think I would be able to make it back in that day to pick it up when it got done. They were more than willing to keep it overnight. I went back the next day to pick it up and they had all ready and waiting for me. Excellent customer service on their part. More
