Tropical Ford was accommodating and professional while my truck was serviced. They are also Veteran friendly as well which is very important to me! I purchased my truck in 2016 and have never had one issue with the staff or any wear and tear service. Highly recommended to all Veterans, first responders, and the public which leans strongly on honesty and quality! More
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the Service Center. I dropped off my car on Thursday morning at 7:30am for an appointment. I have to call at 4:00pm to even find out w experienced in the Service Center. I dropped off my car on Thursday morning at 7:30am for an appointment. I have to call at 4:00pm to even find out what is going on and they had just started to do an electrical diagnostic. It's like they forgot my car was there. What was the point of an appointment? I have only once received a phone call from them since Thursday...it is now Monday. I have been without a car to this point. I finally got through to someone for assistance and the woman who is answering the phone is the most helpful out of anyone! She has at least cared enough to talk to the technician and find out what is going on. Forget about trying to or waiting for a call from your "advisor". I haven't even met mine. He was late for my appointment on Thursday and someone else had to take my information, 15 minutes after my appointment. He left early on Friday without ever letting me know what is going on. They left a voicemail at noon but never followed up until I called five hours later. And then it was phone tag and leaving five unreturned voicemails. No wonder why the voicemail box of the Manager I was transferred to at first was full...they never listen to them. And here I am, on Monday, the part came in and the technician is finishing a different car then will work on mine....and it won't be ready until Tuesday... I understand issues happen and the need to get parts from backorder or other dealerships but the utter lack of communication is astounding. I only took my car here instead of my normal mechanic because of it being a hybrid. Next time I will bring it to my normal mechanic first and let them look at it. I'll gladly pay their diagnostic price to know if they can or can not fix the car before I am forced to come back to this dealership again. I had also asked for an oil change on Thursday...I have no idea if it is or will be done but at this point, just give me my xxxx car back. FYI…they also deleted this review from their Facebook page. I have taken my car to three Ford dealers in the Orlando area, SUn Ford, Peacock Ford and Tropical Ford. Sunstate is close to where I live but it's service has gone downhill and has left me questioning t area, SUn Ford, Peacock Ford and Tropical Ford. Tropical Ford has been great in the three visits I have made, They get me in quickly and are very professional. I brought the car in November. Brought it again in may and picked it up 3 weeks later with the same issue. Communication was good by Juan but the car is not fixed. Made an appt. on line for 705am to do, oil change, tire rotation, the works. I was told I was 3rd in line, and that they were short staffed. I was done @925am.
