Thank you for getting me on the road again- not sure why the battery is not accessible and that I had to pay to get my car towed to dealer. I will be writing to Ford. Honestly we have had Ford cars and truc the battery is not accessible and that I had to pay to get my car towed to dealer. I will be writing to Ford. Honestly we have had Ford cars and trucks for the last 20 years and I have to say I am disappointed that I was not able to jump my car to get to the dealership for a new battery. I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known this would be an issue. Just a comment on no social distancing and no one was wearing a mask! People all on top of each other that I had to go outside😱😷 At this difficult time there should be more concern about this. More

We/I reside in New Jersey and my daughter is in Orlando. I called in advance to schedule an appointment for her to bring the car in for service. I had a couple of other issues to address and, in light of t I called in advance to schedule an appointment for her to bring the car in for service. I had a couple of other issues to address and, in light of the ongoing pandemic, wanted to speak with a Service Advisor in advance so that I (not my daughter ) could be the point of contact for all aspects of the visit. Unfortunately, I was told repeatedly that due to the type of service involved, an appointment could not be set up. Here in NJ, we have not been able to go into ANY business establishment for almost 2 months without a mask and gloves. While I understand the situation has been different for each State, I was disappointed to learn that Tropical Service Techs and Advisors do not wear personal protective equipment. On the flip side, once the vehicle was in, my dealings with Hernan were terrific. He took the time to go over the other issues I had, and confirmed what needed to be done along with the corresponding costs. When you have a chance, please let me know about the ‘wheel key’ issue that we discussed. Thanks. More
