Awesome Service Tropical Ford did an awesome work. After having the Escape at Mullimax Ford for more than 8 days to fix a check engine light issue, when I was driving Tropical Ford did an awesome work. After having the Escape at Mullimax Ford for more than 8 days to fix a check engine light issue, when I was driving back home from picking up the Escape at Mullimax it started to rain and the wipers were malfunctioning. Since I wasn't happy with Mullimax I decided to try Tropical Ford, I went to the website to book an appointment. I went to Tropical Ford the of the appointment to realized that I didn't booked the appointment, but Tropical Ford still took the Escape and fix the wipers in a couple of ours. I f had gone to Greenway Ford or Mullimax Ford the Escape would have been there for at least a day. More

Tony is far and away the best service consultant that I have ever had. He was very thorough and conscientious about the extensive service that I needed for my Ford Excursion. He took care of every issue w have ever had. He was very thorough and conscientious about the extensive service that I needed for my Ford Excursion. He took care of every issue with very detailed attention, and he kept me apprised of their progress all along the way. There was an issue after the repairs to my truck, but he completely addressed and took care of me on getting that corrected.
