Bought a new 2016 F150 Sport, this vehicle is under premium warranty, back seats were deformed after the second year of use. Great Santiago was terrific. We had to order a part and it took over 2 weeks to get it, but he stay on it checking daily and when it did come in he called Santiago was terrific. Body work I hadn't needed the body shop in a long time, but was very pleased with the professionalism I encountered.
