My good impression started when I called. I was from out of town and needed a service appointment on short notice to help me get back home. The service writer was very helpful and got me worked in. When I riced for the appointment, Ron, our service writer, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The car was repaired almost exactly when he said it would be. He went out of his way to help us with other questions we had about our new Ford hybrid. No one likes unexpected problems with a new car, but the service team at Tropical Ford made this the best I could have hoped for under the circumstances. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends in the Orlando area. More
