When I moved from Atlanta, I was looking for Dealership I could trust to service my Focus ST. I hit the forums first, these guys are brutally honest when it comes to which dealership is the best. Overwhelmin could trust to service my Focus ST. I hit the forums first, these guys are brutally honest when it comes to which dealership is the best. Overwhelming Tropical Ford came up as one of the best in the area. I made an appointment to have the door latch recall done. The staff was very courteous and prompt. They immediately took my car back to the technician and my car was returned to me within a hour. Great Service and follow through! I’ll be back for my next service. More

They tried to charge me more than what they quoted me an They tried to charge me more than what they quoted me an 1hr before. Also I got a 7am appt they would not honor because they dont schedule oil chan They tried to charge me more than what they quoted me an 1hr before. Also I got a 7am appt they would not honor because they dont schedule oil change appointments until the afternoon. That is fine but why not smarten up the web page. to inform you. I spent time to make the appointment then they had to have someone call me to reschedule not a great use of resources. More
