Michael and the rest of the guys were great. Michael wasn't pushy which matters a lot to me. He was polite, caring, attentive, professional. The financing was realistic based on my personal dilemma. Not sure how to begin. I am so disappointed with my recent transaction with Tropical Ford service department. I called the day prior to discuss the problem. When we arrived for our service appointmen recent transaction with Tropical Ford service department. I called the day prior to discuss the problem. When we arrived for our service appointment, there was a lot of confusion. Once the service was performed, we were grossly overcharged and although we asked many questions couldn't come to a positive outcome. Very disappointing. More
