I have purchased several new cars in the past from Tropical Ford but this time was the best experience. I saw the vehicle that I wanted to look at online and set up a test drive. I had brought my 83 year old mother with me and he always made sure that she was comfortable. That meant a lot to me. I got such a good deal on the car. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle but you might as well say that this vehicle is new. . . low miles, exceptionally clean,7yr/100000 mile warranty, so many perks. This dealership was recommended to me by my father who had purchased a number of vehicles from Tropical Ford in the past. Jack Grace was very helpful and referred me to Devon Bignall who was great. He answered my questions with no problem and was so friendly the whole time. I actually went there two or three times because I couldn't make up my mind on style, then color, but the whole time, these two were very cooperative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and actually I already have. Whenever I am ready for another vehicle, Tropical Ford will be my first choice. No questions asked!! More
