I come to Tropical Cheverolet in Miami Shores cause they're very friendly and I trust them to do a good job...(and I don't trust just anybody)..Ever s I come to Tropical Cheverolet in Miami Shores cause they're very friendly and I trust them to do a good job...(and I don't trust just anybody)..Ever since I seen the way they took care of my Grandma when she use to come I was hooked...As soon as I walk in the door they greet me just like family would..the service is quick,plus I love the waiting area...(I don't have to look at naked ladies on a calender,like most mechaics shops would have..lol) I travel from Miami Lakes to come over so that has to say something about the service..LOVE THEM !!!!! This place is horrifying. I took my new BMW to get repaired there because it was recommended by my insurance agency. The work they did on my bumper looked like I took it to some guy in the back alley to get fixed for $50. There were many scratches on it and the paint job was very uneven. On top of that they put some extra small dents on other parts of my bumper and even doors. They claimed to have washed the car but it reality it was a lot dirtier than when I brought it in. My light interior had black stains all over the back seats and some blue like ink stains on the floor. There were dog hairs everywhere, and dark prints all over the seats. I had to pay a $500 deductable to my insurance agency after all of this. I learned my lesson not to bring a luxury car to a cheap car dealership. More

I have been bringing my car to Tropical Chev.,since January 2009 and have dealt with 3 different service consultant (advisor) have always been given an estimate and advised what my car needed. However, I want to suggest that you all make the service consultants adware of specials discounts being mailed out to customers. I had my car in for service on September21, it cost me $802.17 after I returned home and the mail was delivered, I received some discount coupons . Had I been aware of the coupons I would have waited until MOnday to bring the car in and would have saved $115.00 PLease understand my complaint is not against the service department. All of the employees there gave excellent service. I was notified by Paul of the delay in repairing my car.Paul also filed my claim with Auto Care (Extended warranty. Jennetta M.
