I was given outstanding service when it came to my purchase. I purchased a 2008 Pontiac Solstice and I'm happy with it. I being a working Mother with modest internet skills found and contact Mr. Diaz concerning the Solstice I saw online. Over the phone he gave me more information on this car than I could imagine. He email me over the price, market value of my trade in and payments. He also emailed the a Carfax report and a detailed history of its maintaince. When I arrived at the dealership, I found the car of my dreams sitting out front clean and shining. I was taken to the finance department after I agreed on the internet price that was advertised. I told the finance Manager Mr. Wesley Russell that I was going to take the paper work to my credit union for the best rate and was suprised to find he match their rate right away. I was afraid that I being a woman by myself they would try and change the price, I was wrong. I learned a long time ago, to judge things yourself and it's worked for me over 50 years now. That meant, according to what is written on their web site, and according to the impression they gave me that it had gone through a bumper to bumper 117 point inspection ,which guaranteed that the vehicle was as good as new. In addition to a three day return if unsatisfied guarantee, the vehicle came with a came with a 12 month, or 12,000 mile warranty plus a limited additional 100,000 Mile, 5 Year Powertrain limited warranty After two days, I discovered that the gear shift and transmission wasn't working properly. I learned it will cost $5,000 to get it fixed. Also, the brakes were not working properly. I took the van back to the shop. The shop looked at the van and admitted that the transmission wasn't working properly. Then they told me that the man who works on transmissions would be away for 1-2 months. I went to talk with the manager Mr. Mark Diaz. He laughed at me and made fun of me in the presence of other customers. Then I made an effort to call the owner Mr. Ian Wildstein. He never returned my calls. This company is dishonest. They sold me a used van with a guarantee that the van was in as new condition, and that was all a fat lie. More
