That meant, according to what is written on their web site, and according to the impression they gave me that it had gone through a bumper to bumper 117 point inspection ,which guaranteed that the vehicle was as good as new. In addition to a three day return if unsatisfied guarantee, the vehicle came with a came with a 12 month, or 12,000 mile warranty plus a limited additional 100,000 Mile, 5 Year Powertrain limited warranty After two days, I discovered that the gear shift and transmission wasn't working properly. I learned it will cost $5,000 to get it fixed. Also, the brakes were not working properly. I took the van back to the shop. The shop looked at the van and admitted that the transmission wasn't working properly. Then they told me that the man who works on transmissions would be away for 1-2 months. I went to talk with the manager Mr. Mark Diaz. He laughed at me and made fun of me in the presence of other customers. Then I made an effort to call the owner Mr. Ian Wildstein. He never returned my calls. This company is dishonest. They sold me a used van with a guarantee that the van was in as new condition, and that was all a fat lie. More

The service provided at this dealership is beyond poor. I dropped my car off for its' first service check and ended up waiting almost six hours. THIS WAS FOR AN OIL CHANGE.
